Bahan Roti canai

  1. Sediakan 300 gr dari tepung terigu.

  3. Ambil bola adonan yang sudah direndam minyak kemudian pipihkan gulung memanjang adonan yang sudah dipipihkan gulung hingga membentuk huruf s lalu tumpuk menjadi 1 dan pipihkan lagi.
  4. Panaskan wajan yang sudah diolesi margarin lalu goreng roti canai hingga permukaan kedua sisi berwarna coklat keemasan angkat dan sajikkan.
